The drink menu, created in part by a local bartender, Sarah Jane Mulcrone, who was as much loved for her story-telling as her concoctions, was curated to feature liquor from across the Meditterranean. Tasked with the challenge of designing cocktails that were delicious as well as interesting, she created a cocktail menu that features flavors from the shore and the sea; using fresh herbs and liquors, the drinks lean toward savory as opposed to overly sweet, which are often found in other restaurants.”
