Chef Brandon Quesnell and his husband Steve Katsurinis have lived in Spain and Greece and have traveled across the Mediterranean. They found they loved the small plates with exquisite flavors the most and want to share their beloved dishes and wines of that terroir with you.

We take our regionally-inspired cocktails seriously. Infused with the flavors of the shore and sea, and creatively combined with local liquors, they pair so well with our food. Expertly designed by local mixologist, the mischievous Sarah Jane Mulcrone, our cocktails are as delicious as they are unusual.

Our wines are mostly from the countries in the region and, like our cocktails, are curated to accompany our small plates.
